We installed this on an internal web server D drive:
I tried to access Smartstats from my work desktop using the path http://devweb:9999/login.aspx , which seemed to work fine until the end of my site setup, I recieved an error saying it could not validate becuase it couldnt find 127.0.0.1. (local Ip address).
Well I thought, this is silly , did they expect to have all users using the same machine? cant be I thought, so I thought well, for security maybe they want the admin to use the machine it was setup on. So, I used remote desktop and walla , the admin, admin, admin, site, login, password sequenced, did nothing, didnt even throw an error.
I thought wow maybe something locked it up, so I tried the following sequence , 1 name, password and walla , I was in!
So does anyone know wassup with this?
