I use SmarterMail Professional Edition Version 4.3.2903 and I am experiencing a rather disturbing problem.
I have had users complain about mail not being delivered to the mailboxes. I can see in my log that the mails are received, but they never appear in the users mailbox.
The logs look like this:

Are my mail files corrupt or why does the mail never appear in the users inbox? There are no rules on the inbox, and a search in both Outlook and WebMail interface gave no result. The Outlook 2003 connects using an IMAP connection.
Hope you can help me with this. This is a problem that users have reported before, and for a long time suspected.
