the testing on bulit-in ST web server seems not stable, thus, was suggested to run IIS instead, by following the instruction, i need to stop the ST web server first (going Start -> Program Files -> SmarterTools -> SmarterTicket -> Configure SmarterTicket Web Server) and click "stop", however, i always got error message : " there was an error trying to stop the service STWebSvr" , got error while trying to change the startup mode too
i logout every agent/admin also try retart system and go straight to do this but all the same
can any one please help??
