I have an entry in my Blacklist for 201.0.0.1 - 201.255.255.254 and I continually receive Spam from addresses like 201.222.86.173.
Does Blacklist really work, and if so, why am I getting these emails?
The blacklist should block that IP in your case. Do you have any IPs whitelisted as well? Could there be anything in the whitelist letting these through? The whitelist overrides the blacklist, so if an IP is whitelisted and blacklisted, it will be let through.
