We've implemented SmarterTicket and it all seems to be functioning properly other than the issue we have, and that is outlook 2003 blocks the 'view this ticket online' link. When it is clicked it opens the file dialogue box to open a file. The option I see that might help is Outlook security and lowering it to the lowest, but I am not willing to do that. I've queried your forums and did not find a resolution so now I pose the issue to your forum. Is there a solution to this? Thanks in advance.
