    Referrers not showing up

    As a recent Smartertools user, I'm still getting to know my way around.

     We installed SmarterStats Professional Edition 3.3.2761 running under Win2003server, IIS6, etc. and a couple of the sections report no data:

    Search engines: "Search Engine Breakdown returned no data for the date range"

    Referrals: "1 No Referrer (bookmark or direct-entry)

    Everything else seems to report correctly. Any ideas where to look would be helpful.

    Same problem here...  Not breakdown of Referrer stats..

     

    Please help.

     Thanks that took care of it. I'll keep the article bookmarked for future reference as it seems I'll need to refer to it from time to time whenever I set up a new site. Thanks again.
