I am attempted to administer the email accounts for our Customer / Domains, and I am having some error messages display. I am using SmarterMail 4.3, administering through Helm 4. These apps are running on IIS 5 / Windows 2003.
1) When I go to Domain Name -> Email Accounts(POP3) in Helm, I get the first error message : "SmarterMail failed to get the POP3 Accounts for <domain name>."
2) When I attempt to add a new mail address, I get the second error message : "SmarterMail failed to create the POP3 Email Account <domain name>. Reason: Failed to log in"
For accounts that are already setup, mail is sending / receiving without any issues. The web interface for SmarterMail also is running fine.
