This is not a consistent issue across all domains on the server. I have about 20 domains set up in SmarterMail. I just got a new server so I've migrated SmarterMail from version 2.6 to 4.3xxx. Some domains are fine and can send and receive emails internal to the domain as well as outside of the domain such as to GMail, Yahoo or any other email server. There are a few however that are still not receiving emails from any email server external to my SmarterMail installation.

I've checked the IP address on all of the domains to make sure there is consistency. I've checked the actual DNS settings on the server and they are consistent as well...

Any help and pointers are appreciated.

Do the senders receive any sort of bounce message? 

Yes.

 And I don't have any problem sending out from the domains in question... just receiving email from some outside source.

What does the bounce message say?

This is what I get back from the account that I've sent from at work.

Again, there are domains on the box that are having no issues. There has to be something in the configuration. I've added accounts for myself to all of the domains. I now know exactly which ones are having issues getting mail from outside and which are not.

I have similar issues on our client domains.  I have about 70 domains in our server and one of the client sent us the error message saying they are not receiving eMails from external domains. I do tested sending from my Yahoo!, gmail & hotmail account but it did not reach them!!!
