We are a customer of a host who has used smartertools for some time. The server uses your reseller partner Helm as a control panel administration partner for both smarterstats and smartermail.
In June the host switched from a version of 2.0 to current version 3.3.2693. During the conversion we lost a great bulk of accessable data on old smarterstats records dating back to March 04.
I believe the entirety of data is stored in that reviewing monthly data for visits returns totals that exactly match reports from that long period.
We are only picking up an extreme small sample of specific data on items of great importance to us including referring urls, and keyword phrase data.
I would appreciate help on how to restructure this data to be able to pick up accurate and precise data from this long time period.
