Visit counts between Free & Enterprise editions do not match using same web logs for import

I am currently in the process of moving from the SmarterStats FREE Edition 3.3.2761 to SmarterStats Enterprise Edition 3.3.2761. For various reasons, I am unable to follow the standard "move to a new server" KB article. I do have access to all of my original raw IIS logs however so I decided to just copy the logs over, setup the site and import in to the Enterprise Edition.
Unfortunately, when doing this, my Visits do not match across the same date ranges of my old stats server (Free Edition) and the new one (Enterprise edition). However, both my Views & Bandwith match identically. I have checked the import logs and verified that no bad rows were encountered I have stepped through the same process with another machine running the Free Edition and it matches exactly.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Does anyone else have access to an Enterprise edition and can test this same scenario for me?
