Hi,

 I am using SmarterStats 3.3.2761 Enterprise Edition and when importing the logs from one domain, the action is never complete.

I get no error and the problem is only with one domain, other domains works fine.

domain logs are downloaded by FTP, and I can see that the log file is being downloaded but importing (analyzing the logs) is never complete and statistics are not available.

Action Logs from the server:

 10/15/2007 9:36:29 AM] (T:FTP_Download) www.domain.com - FTP Download starting (277 MB Used)
  : 10/15/2007 9:36:30 AM] (T:FTP_Download) www.domain.com  - FTP Downloads completed (277 MB Used)
  : 10/15/2007 9:36:31 AM] (T:Gather_For_84) www.domain.com  - Starting import (277 MB Used)

In the Edit Site make sure that you have the correct setting for the log type.  If you are FTPing from an IIS site then they are typically the W3CEX. 

Since, the log files are uploaded, you might want to create a new site and see if the files import properly.

I found problem - i use apache with log rotate

SmarterStats requires unique filenames for log files and does not currently support rotating log files.

What i can do ?

There should be a way to configure Apache to not rotate the logs.  Unfortunately, I do not know that answer.
