Problem after upgrading to 4.3.2831 (SOLVED)

Our clients are now unable to send mail to internal email accounts. They receive 550 Authentication Error. For example joe@test.com can't send an email to jack@test.com. But is able to send to jack@gmail.com.

They already have SMTP Outbound Authentication on and using the same login as Incoming.

Any idea what is causing this?

The problem was solved by setting clients email to authenticate outgoing mail and using the same login as incoming. Also the outgoing mail server was set to mail.domain.com rather than going through the ISP (smarthost.coxmail.com).
