Greylisting is a powerful anti-spam measure.  The server refuses the email the first time by sending a temporary error (451) to the sending server.  Per RFC, the server must retry.  Most spammers won't retry.  If the email is sent again after 900 seconds in your case, which the sending server should do so automatically, then it will be accepted.  Most administrators set there server to always accept that message for the next 30 days.

SM4.x will block every email that tries for the first time to send you something.

Since you have Greylisting enabled (which is good) you'll have to wait for your server to retry. Once that happens you should receive the email.

From that point on your email should bypass the greylisting and be received instantly. This will happen to every sender that tries to reach "Marc Panalo" (in this example) for the first time. Once the sender's been "OKed" by the Greylisting feature the sender's next emails will go straight to the mailbox.

For more info on grey listing I think reading the help in SM4.x will most probably make you understand the basics of it.
