    I'm on a vista based system and having the exact same problem noted in this email string.  I click the box to enable smartermail sync when I am in the COM add-in window of Outlook trust center, click okay, and then it still isn't enabled. When I go back to the same place it has automatically unclicked.  Any help appreciated.  Thank you.

    I have someone who is having the same issue with the missing tool bar.  I have removed via add/remove, restarted and installed again.  No luck.  I installed the office.dll into the assembly folder as was suggested and no luck there.  I have disabled AV and we are running Office 2003.  It was there but I cannot get it to reappear.

     

    Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
