I appreciate your help with this Ryan. I did the uninstall and reinstalled the debug version. There was not SyncLog.txt file to be found anywhere on my hard drive. After installing, I re-opened Outlook. Checked the app in COM Add-Ins (it was unchecked). I also changed the register edit item we discuss to a '3'. I did this a few times and did a complete search of my hard drive for a SyncLog.txt file. Nothing showed up.
Still no log and no sync running. I did notice one think when I uninstalled SmarterMail Sync. I received an error, "Error 1404. Could not delete key \SOFTWARE\CLASSESS." I have admin rights and checked the permissions in regedit and I have full rights. Not sure why I am getting this error.
