Spam filters - Keeping Mail from Other Countries from Coming In?

I have a client who is complaining that the spam filters are always flagging mail from other countries - and they do a lot of work with people from other countries.

I have told them to check their Junk Mail and add people to their Trusted Senders but they really want to improve the filters themselves to keep this from happening.

    Any ideas?

My filters as set as follows

    Spam Check     Weight
    SpamAssassin 0-30
    Bayesian Filtering 10
    SPF                0-30
    Reverse DNS   10
    RBL: SpamCop  10
    RBL: SpamHaus SBL_XBL 10

You could put up an RBL-list for let's say France

    Name: Origin-FRANCE
    Weight: -10 or -20
    DNS-server: fr.countries.nerd.dk

Then you'll get 10 or 20 points less for mail from France, and that should prevent them
from getting to the spam folder.

Edit. Maybe not so good if it's just one client with that problem.

    I am now using SpamAssasin.

    Does that change anything?

How can I keep mail from other countries from getting filtered out?
