How to fine tune spam filtering?

    Hi.

I'm a newbie to SmarterMail, Spam filtering and Spam assasin.

What I am looking for, is a way/method to check how a message is weight in the filtering process?

To fine tune my filter, I want to know which filtering method I have to adjust to get my filter better.

Is there a way to see the weighting of the filter of a message?

This would help us to set the filter more correct if the weighting could be sent as a part of the message (optional of course!).

If you look in the message headers you can see "X-SmarterMail-Spam"  which is added by smarter mail's filtering process and shows the results / score from the spam filters you've chosen.

    Regards

    Lee

reading the header will definitely give you what you are looking for.

For us its the greylisting feature that makes most of the difference.
