Hi

i am testing Smarter Ticket. It works well only when i act as an anonymous user and try to get tickets that have been posted by the user with the given email id. i get the message "There was a problem sending your tickets."

Please help me in this for this is the only error that i m facing.

My Database is SQLserver 2005.

In Email Settings, make sure the alert address information is filled out.  Get Tickets sends out using that account.
