    Administrator Level needs defining

    Firstly well done on Smarter Tickets, its fast flexible and friendly. 

    We want to upgrade to unlimited seats with departments being able to create own KB articles but without the ability to alter other departments KB's equally simply because someone is an administrator it does not mean I want them to be able to delete other users in the system or even to see them, we need department administrators, also having a peron enabled to create KB articles should not allow them to see the SMTP settings.

    We need additional levels of permissions such as

    All of these would site on the user control panel and as such probably be in the same SQL table?

    Global / Site Administrator y/n
    Departmental administrator y/n
    Can create own department KB articles y/n
    Can create predefined response y/n
    Can delete or edit KB articles created by own department y/n
    Has edit rights over these departments for KB issues

    We will buy the unlimited seat product the same day this is launched, thank you.
