    Sync hangs Outlook 2007 on Vista

    I installed Sync on Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista. Everything works -- except when I try to reply to an email. I am able to type two or three characters, at which point Outlook hangs and becomes unresponsive. Uninstalling Sync corrects the issue.

    Thoughts?

    Just upgraded to v4 and downloaded SMSync and having the same problem with Outlook 2007 on Win XP SP2

    I have the same problem with Outlook 2007 on XPsp2.  When you say that uninstalling Sync corrects the issue, is that because you are no longer using Outlook?  or no longer syncing w/ Outlook??

    We are looking into this issue and hope to have an updated release of SmarterMailSync to fix this and other syncing issues.  This release should coincide with the SmarterMail 4.3 beta.
