My customers are not able to use the POP service of SmarterMail 4. I've tried setting up accounts and have noticed the same problem - Outlook Express hangs stating that it's not receiving a response, Outlook 2000 takes forever to get to 100% then throws out an error (I forget exactly what the error was). Outlook Express does pass all tests, and does receive the number and size of emails before hanging though (just 5 emails, and 6k).
Please shed some light on this for me!
