    edit or add new email templates

    i just downloaded the free version.  i would like to create a template for when a ticket is closed, not just auto-closed.  i can only view the default templates.  i can't edit them or add new ones.  please help.

    what i am ultimately after is to get the system to send email email to my client when a ticket is closed.  those emails aren't sending now when i mark it as closed.  the confirmation of opening a new ticket is sending, but not for closed tickets.  i have not done any customizations.  my build is straight out of the box.  thanks to anyone that is willing to help me.  billy
