    Smartertools sites from Windows Vista?

We are seeing an odd item - from multiple locations, we cannot access any smartertools site from Windows Vista.  Windows XP from the same location always works.  ST, something up with the hosting?

I think this is just with firefox.  I am able to get to the site with IE and vista but not firefox and vista.   Tried at the office and at home and the same thing.

I've tested IE and Firefox both with no joy.  I can browse the SmarterTools site through AOL on Vista...

Same problem here with IE and Firefox on Vista, even with Opera. Will you do something soon to fix this ?

We experience the same problem with Windows Vista Business. Tried to visit the website with IE, Firefox 2 and Opera 9.1 but neither of these browsers are able to open the website. Windows firewall is disabled.  In Opera it freezes while loading the flash.

Hope this information helps to solve the problem.

    Hey

I am using Windows Vista business with IE, and Smartertools website loads fine.  I can also navigate around it without any issues.  Although I did have to install .net frame works 1,1 maybe thats why it works for me.

I did some further testing, I also cannot load the Smatermail demo site, http://maildemo.smartertools.com/, gives me the same problem that the page does not finish loading (IE7, firefox 2, and Opera 9 under Vista). Testing the url on a XP pc everything works fine.

Testing the Smartermail url from Crystaltech, http://mail.crystaltech.com/, works fine.

    Maybe a firewall issue ?

Very possibly infrastructure-related, as mail.crystaltech.com and maildemo.smartertools.com are both SmarterMail.  I'll pass this to our IT.
