I'm in a shared hosting environment. Smarter Mail 2.6 is installed.
I have 2 domain content filters set up.
1. uses the from address and from domain options to create a whitelist of eligable senders to my domain
2. the uses the from domain options with wildcards turned on and just a '*' in the domains text area. It has actions set to delete message and reroute to spam@mydomain.com
The first rule works fine nothing on my whitelist has gotten blocked. however the second filter works only about 50% of the time. The amount of junk mail that makes it to my inbox is equal to the amount of email that gets into the spam@mydomain.com address.
Why would the filter be hit or miss?
Note, i've also added a filter without any rules to try and catch all email, but that doesn't change anything.
