Hello.
Please consider adding the ability to SmarterTicket to lookup a person's email address using LDAP, much like Outlook does after entering a name in the TO field. If there are multiple choices, show a list and allow selection.
In particular, this would be handy when creating an Incoming or Outbound ticket.
Since your product already utilizes LDAP for domain authentication, I thought this would be a simple enhancement.
