Choosing a Support Option

Customers who have purchased or upgraded licenses may have support incidents available. In addition, SmarterTools customers can purchase individual support incidents or support packages. Use the links below to determine what options are available:

Phone Support Hours: Mon - Fri,  8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (MST)
Email Support Hours: Mon - Fri,  7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (MST)

Using the Portal

The SmarterTools Portal provides a centralized location for customers and partners to manage all aspects of their account(s). Customers can:

  • Purchase, initiate, and manage support incidents
  • Manage licenses, activations, and agreements
  • Manage invoices or purchase orders
  • Manage user aliases and notifications
