Additional Support for Installed Software Customers

Each new product purchase includes all Community Resources and two email support incidents that are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase at no additional charge. Each Upgrade Protection renewal or reinstatment includes all Community Resources and one email support incident that is valid for 12 months from the date of renewal or reinstatement. Customers that require additional installed software support can purchase additional support packages and individual support incidents. All support incidents and packages can be used on any SmarterTools licenses owned.
