Support Plans Tailored to a Company's Needs

For large organizations or companies requiring specialized SLAs, SmarterTools offers custom support agreements. These agreements are tailored to a company’s specific business needs and provide comprehensive product assistance at an affordable price. Companies with custom support agreements enjoy:

  • Unlimited email and/or phone support incidents
  • A maximum of five critical support incidents
  • Bi-weekly support meetings via conference call attended by SmarterTools management and development staff to facilitate discussion of special requests, any continuing issues, feature requests, and or other related matters as applicable
  • Unlimited product maintenance, including: minor releases, critical fixes, product updates, custom builds (at the discretion of SmarterTools), and documentation / additional information
  • Advance notice of releases and coming features
  • Participation in special BETA programs, promotions, and other opportunities when available
