Can I install a SmarterTools software license on multiple servers?
No. A single SmarterTools software license may only have one active installation. To have multiple active installations of SmarterTools software, you will need to purchase multiple licenses.
How do I upgrade the edition or level of my license?
Customers can upgrade the level or edition of a SmarterMail,
SmarterTrack, or SmarterStats license at any time by paying the
difference in cost between the license you currently have and the
license you now need (within the same major version). This flexibility
is a key concept in the entire SmarterTools philosophy.
Should I get the Professional or Enterprise edition?

What about bug fixes and patches?
There is never a charge for bug fixes, patches, or minor versions that may be released to license
holders within the current major version (for example, from version 1.1 to version 1.2). Customers with current upgrade protection also have access to major version upgrades at no additional charge.
