If you did not receive your welcome email after signing up for a hosted service with SmarterTools, or if you wish to review the email at any time, perform the following steps:
- Go to http://www.smartertools.com/portal
- Log in using your account information in the upper left (if you are not already logged in)
- Click on the Account Management tab
- Go to Hosted Services
- Click on your hosted service
- Click on View Welcome Email in the left panel
This will pop up the welcome email that was sent to you.
