How To – Retrieving Welcome Email
If you did not receive your welcome email after signing up for a hosted service with SmarterTools, or if you wish to review the email at any time, perform the following steps:
  1. Go to http://www.smartertools.com/portal
  2. Log in using your account information in the upper left (if you are not already logged in)
  3. Click on the Account Management tab
  4. Go to Hosted Services
  5. Click on your hosted service
  6. Click on View Welcome Email in the left panel

This will pop up the welcome email that was sent to you.
