Lease-Resellers are required to publish a press release announcing their partnership with SmarterTools. Lease-Resellers are also responsible for monitoring their leased licenses and handling their respective customer support. When pricing licenses, Lease-Resellers must adhere to the stated minimum advertised lease price ranges set forth in their contracts. In addition, Lease-Resellers must display the SmarterTools logo and/or product logos on their Web site.
