The latest version of SmarterMail 6.x has all the Webmail enhancements I've been waiting for. The Webmail interface is now worthy of being called a true Outlook replacement and it is blistering fast--even on huge mailboxes. The upgrade process only had about a minute of downtime while new files were installed and the service restarted automatically. Once I logged in to the Webmail interface, I was prompted to enter my license information and choose spam filtering settings and then I was done. All existing users and domains were working as expected. Thanks for making this an effortless migration. I definitely recommend an upgrade for anyone using SmarterMail 4.x or earlier. SmarterTools listens to its users and works hard to make the best Windows mail server on the planet for less money than anyone else. Keep up the good work!

We moved from Ipswitch’s iMail because their product became extremely slow and cumbersome; their support was non-existent; and their pricing became unreasonable for the product. After evaluating many other solutions, we decided to try SmarterMail and have not looked back. We were so pleased with our experience with SmarterMail that we also decided to try SmarterTrack, which we use for 100% of our support—both internal and external. As with SmarterMail, we love the product. I particularly like the consistent approach you are taking with the user experience on your products. We use two SmarterTools programs: SmarterStats and SmarterMail. SmarterStats has provided us with the necessary reporting to track our (search engine) optimization results for our clients. Saying "thanks" does not come close to the feeling of gratitude I have for your helping me today. There are lots of products on the market that do ostensibly the same things. While features are the result of code, support is the result of attitude. While they are both touted by their companies, the former can be demonstrated with a mouse, but the latter has to be demonstrated by deed. While products can leapfrog each other in adding features, support is not something that can be so easily measured or expressed in a matrix. It must be delivered by people. I just purchased SmarterMail Pro and I honestly don't remember the last time I was happy to migrate to a new system. To date, this is the coolest mail server I've seen. I've used IceWarp and iMail, but SmarterMail puts them to shame in many areas. I'm going to forward all my mail accounts to my SmarterMail account, as the Web mail is killer slick! Aside from my own experience, our customers are raving about the nice Web mail and easy-to-use administration for their domains.

We've been using iMail for our hosted clients since 2000. However, after recent SMTP and POP3 DoS attacks and an exponential increase in spam, we started looking for a more effective product. We decided on SmarterMail 5.x Enterprise Edition and we've never looked back. The abuse detection and antispam features in this product are worth their weight in gold.
