SmarterTools Updates Its Mail Server, Web Statistics, and Ticketing Products

These improvements make SmarterMail one of the most stable and fastest mail servers on the Windows™ platform.
• SmarterTicket 2.7—a customer service/technical support ticketing system—has added 56 improvements including an automated installer, new reports, and quick links on agent pages.
• SmarterStats 3.3—one of the only distributed log analytics tools on the market—adds inverse filters, enhanced password strengths, and a dozen more enhancements.

Customers with current versions of these products are able to download these updates for free at the SmarterTools Web site(the current version of SmarterMail is 4.x, SmarterStats is 3.x, and SmarterTicket is 2.x).
