SmarterTools Inc. Names Tim Uzzanti to Serve as CEO

Phoenix, AZ -- June 28th, 2006 -- SmarterTools Inc., a leading developer of email, log analytics and help desk applications, is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has named Tim Uzzanti to serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Uzzanti brings over a decade of experience growing innovative technology based companies as well as a solid track record for bringing financial profitability to the organizations under his control and oversight.

A recognized technologist and business leader, Mr. Uzzanti was most recently Chief Executive Officer of CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc., one of the largest Microsoft Windows Hosting companies in the industry. CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc. is responsible for over 80,000 web sites in 110 countries and is known for being one of the premier providers of Windows-based web hosting.
